От 12/10 се опитвам да направя теглене от въпросното казино с моята MasterCard, която използвам и за депозити. Те твърдят, че има проблем с моя доставчик, поради което тегленето не успя три последователни пъти и ме посъветваха да продължа с банков превод. Въпреки че се свързах с моя доставчик и получих уверение, че няма проблеми от тяхна страна, последвах инструкциите на казиното и кандидатствах за теглене чрез банков превод. I've been trying to make a withdrawal from the casino in question since 12/10 using my MasterCard, which I also use for deposits. They claim that there is an issue with my provider, which is why the withdrawal failed three consecutive times, and they advised me to proceed with a bank transfer. Despite contacting my provider and receiving assurance that there were no issues on their end, I followed the casino's instructions and applied for a withdrawal via bank transfer. Since 17/10, the withdrawal has still not been processed because they claim there is congestion, and when I contact them, they only ask me to be patient.
Προσπαθώ να κανω ανάληψη στο εν λόγω καζίνο από της 12/10 με κάρτα MasterCard που πραγματοποιώ και καταθέσεις....επικαλούνται πρόβλημα στον πάροχο μου και για αυτό δεν προχώρησε η ανάληψη τρεις συνεχόμενες φορές και με προέτρεψαν να προχωρήσω σε τραπεζική μεταφορά....παρόλο που επικοινώνησα με τον πάροχο μου και υπήρξε εγγύηση ότι δεν έχουν παρουσιάσει κανένα πρόβλημα ακολούθησα της οδηγίες του καζίνο και προχώρησα σε αίτηση ανάληψης με τραπεζική μεταφορά....από της 17/10 πλέον δεν έχει γίνει η ανάληψη γιατί επικαλούνται συμφόρηση και με παροτρύνουν σε επικοινωνία μαζί τους να κάνω υπομονή μόνο....
