Δυστυχώς αυτό το καζίνο μου έχει εδώ και 10 μέρες μπλοκαρισμένα κέρδη 48,000 ευρώ. Αρχικά τα έγγραφα δεν ανέβαιναν και μου έλεγαν δεν τα έχουμε. Όταν τους έκανα screenshot την οθόνη που έγραφε οτι τα έγραψα σας ανέβηκαν με επιτυχία και θα ενημερωθείτε, σε λίγο τα βρήκαν όλα. Την επόμενη μέρα ο vip manager μου ανάφερε ότι το έγγραφο διεύθυνσης έγινε αποδεκτό αλλά χρειάζονται ξανά την ταυτότητα μου. Την έστειλα και στο ίδιο και την ανέβασα επίσης. Την επόμενη ο manager μου ανάφερε οτι αν και το έγγραφο έγινε αποδεκτό της διεύθυνσης χρειάζονται και άλλο έγγραφο για επαλήθευση διεύθυνσης. Συμφωνήσαμε να του στείλω το επίσημο ενοικιαστηριο έγγραφο από την σελίδα taxis net με το λογότυπο της ελληνικής δημοκρατίας. Το κατέβασα από την επίσημη σελίδα και το έστειλα. Αφού το μελέτησαν μου ανάφεραν ότι είναι πάνω των έξη μηνών που συντάχθηκε και δεν γίνεται αποδεκτό. Στην αρχή νόμιζα ότι με κοροϊδεύουν αλλά σοβαρό μιλούσαν οι κύριοι. Έπρεπε δηλαδή να είχα βρει σπίτι το τελευταίο τρίμηνο. Αν και τους εξήγησα και τους ανέφερα ότι έχει το σήμα της ελληνικής δημοκρατίας και είναι το πλέον επίσημο έγγραφο, πάλι τίποτα. Ζήτησαν χαρτί από το δημαρχείο τώρα οτι διαμένω σε αυτή την διεύθυνση. Δεν ξέρω τη να κάνω πλέον γιατί σίγουρα ότι έγγραφο και να τους στείλω πάλι θα βρουν δικαιολογίες. Όσα συμφωνήθηκαν τα αναιρεί το καζίνο .
Πραγματικά απελπιστικά με αυτή την κατάσταση. Χάρηκα ότι κέρδισα 48000 και τελικά δεν θα πάρω τίποτα.
