I've been trying to verify my account to withdraw my money for more than two weeks, the chat doesn't work I have all the documents approved except for the selfie with document and account, an image that I had already sent, the selfie with my identification it's approved and they still don't check my account 😥😥
Estou ah mais de duas semanas a tentar verificar a minha conta para levantar o meu dinheiro , o chat não funciona tenho todos os documentos aprovados a exceção da selfie com documento e conta , imagem essa que eu já tinha enviado , a selfie com a minha identificação está como aprovada e continuam sem me verificar a conta 😥😥
