Поисках закриване на акаунта си в горепосоченото казино на 9/11/24.
Не го затвориха и ми дадоха €30 бонус, който играх и загубих. След това веднага поисках отново да закрият акаунта ми.
Те не го направиха. имам проблем
Влязох отново в горното казино и акаунтът ми все още беше активен и загубих 400 евро.
Свързах се с тях отново и те затвориха акаунта ми на 9/15/24. По време на чата на живо те ми казаха, че ще проучат връщането на депозитите ми, тъй като не спазват правилата за отговорна игра.
До днес не са ми отговорили на имейлите.

I requested the closure of my account at the above casino on 9/11/24.
They didn’t close it and gave me a €30 bonus, which I played and lost. I then immediately requested again for them to close my account.
They did not do it. I have a problem.
I logged back into the above casino and my account was still active, and I lost €400.
I contacted them again, and they closed my account on 9/15/24. During the live chat, they told me they would look into returning my deposits since they did not comply with responsible gaming rules.
Until today, they have not responded to my emails.

Στο παραπανω καζινο ζητησα κλεισιμο λογ/σμου απο 11/9/24.
Δε τον κλεισανε και μου δωσανε 30 ευρω μπονους . Τα επαιξα τα εχασα και τους ζητησα αμεσα να τον κλεισουν.
Δεν το εκαναν . Εγω εχω προβλημα .
Ξανα εκανα συνδεση στο παραπανω καζινο ηταν ακομα ενεργος ο λογ/σμος μου και εχασα 400 ευρω .
Επικοινωνησα ξανα μαζι τους και τον εκλεισαν στις 15/9/24 και στη ζωντανη συνομιλια μου ειπαν οτι θα εξετασουν το θεμα να μου επιστρεψουν τις καταθεσεις αφου δεν τηρησαν τους κανονες υπευθυνου παιχνιδιου.
Μεχρι σήμερα δεν εχουν απαντησει ακομα στα εμαιλ μου
