Good evening, I made a deposit (17€), where I was gifted a bonus crab. After losing my own money playing, I moved into the bonus crab and nabbed a bonus money 20€ which is a wager x50 (1000€). After managing to churn out the wager, I had a clear 1800€ in my account. I withdrew 500€ (day limit) and left 1300€ inside. The next day, I played 100€ from my balance and made another 500€ withdrawal leaving 700€ in my account. So, I made 2 withdrawals of 500€(1000€ total) and had an additional 700€ inside. I received 2 emails from the casino stating that my withdrawals were canceled. I logged into my account and found 150€ (from the 700€ I had left) and a "completed withdrawal" of 1550€ which I obviously didn't make since the daily withdrawal limit is 500€ and clearly, nothing has been credited to my bank account. I have sent them 6 emails since this morning and received no response and their live chat doesn't function. Can someone help me in any way? What can I do if I can do anything? Thanks a lot in advance.
P.S. I have never had an issue with either depositing or withdrawing at this specific casino.
Καλησπέρα, έκανα μια κατάθεση (17€), όπου μου έδωσαν δώρο ένα bonus crab. Αφού έχασα τα δικά μου χρήματα παίζοντας , μπηκα στο bonus crab και έπιασα ένα bonus money 20€ το οποίο είναι wager x50 (1000€). Αφού κατάφερα και έκανα όλο τον τζίρο είχα καθαρά στον λογαργιασμο μου 1800€. Έκανα ανάληψη 500€ (day limit) και άφησα μέσα 1300€. Την επόμενη μέρα έπαιξα 100€ από το υπόλοιπο μου και έκανα αλλά 500€ ανάληψη και μέσα στον λογαργιασμο μου παρέμειναν 700€. Άρα έκανα 2 ανάληψεις των 500€(1000€ σύνολο) και είχα μέσα αλλά 700€. Έλαβα 2 μαιλ από το καζίνο ότι οι αναλήψεις μου ακυρώθηκαν. Συνδέθηκα στον λογαργιασμο μου και βρήκα 150€ (από τα 700€ που είχα αφήσει) και μια «ολοκληρωμένη ανάληψη» 1550€ όπου προφανώς και δεν έκανα εγώ γιατί το ημερήσιο όριο ανάληψης είναι 500€ και προφανώς δεν μπηκε κάτι στον τραπεζικό μου λογαργιασμο. Από το πρωί τους έχω στείλει 6 μαιλ και δεν έχω λάβει καμία απάντηση και το live chat δεν λειτουργεί. Μπορεί κάποιος να με βοηθήσει με κάποιο τρόπο ; Τι μπορώ να κάνω αν μπορώ να κάνω κάτι; Ευχαριστώ πολύ εκ των προτέρων.
ΥΓ Δεν είχα ποτε πρόβλημα ούτε με κατάθεση ούτε με ανάληψη στο συγκεκριμένο καζίνο.
