Отивам в поддръжката и говоря английски с една дама, която ми казва или да опитам друг метод, или да опитам картата отново по-късно... но опциите са само три: или дебитна/кредитна карта, перфектни пари (приложение за изпращане на пари до 1win, подобно на PayPal... все едно ще имат проблем ако включат PayPal) или третият вариант е чрез крипто (нещо, което аз нямам). Вторият вариант не го знам и затова не искам да се занимавам, така че ми остава първия вариант и имам само една карта. Но пробвах и с картата на приятел и видях, че има същия проблем. Връщам се при техния съпорт, разказвам им ситуацията, те ми казват пак същото. След това предлагам да им дам моя ID, за да видят дали има проблем с настройките или нещо подобно, и те ми казват да, изпратете вашия ID. Така че си казвам, както и да е, безнадежден си, трябва да ти кажа как да си вършиш работата. После след известно време те просто ми казват, че картата ти не е приета и тя затваря чата... Просто исках да ги изругая. Досадно е, че ви карат да правите скрийншоти и да ги изпращате, сякаш ще направят всичко. Ако някой знае нещо или се е сблъсквал с нещо по този въпрос, всяко мнение е добре дошло.

The people there don't know what they're doing. I enter my VISA card details... and get an error message. So I think, ok, I'll speak to someone for help. I go to support and speak English with a lady who tells me to either try another method or try the card again later... but the options are only three: either a debit/credit card, perfect money (an app to send money to 1win, similar to PayPal... as if they'd have a problem if they included PayPal) or the third option is via crypto (something I don't have). But I also tried it with a friend's card and saw that it had the same problem. I go back to their support, tell them the situation, they tell me the same thing again. So I say to myself, well, whatever, you are hopeless, I have to tell you how to do your job. Then after a while, they simply tell me that your card is not accepted and she closes the chat... I just wanted to curse at them. It's annoying that they have you take screenshots and send them, as if they will do anything. Οι άνθρωποι εκεί δεν ξέρουν τι τους γίνεται. Βάζω την VISA κάρτα μου...τα στοιχεία της μου βγάζει ένα an error has occured λέω οκ θα μιλήσω με κάποιον να με βοηθήσει μπαίνω στην υποστήριξη μίλαγα αγγλικά με μια κοπέλα μου λέει δοκίμασε έναν άλλον τρόπο ή δοκίμασε πάλι την καρτα πιο μετα....οι επιλογές όμως είναι μόνο 3 ή κάρτα χρεωστικη-πιστωτικη ή perfect money (εφαρμογή για να στείλεις τα λεφτά μέσα στην 1win κάτι σαν PayPal ας πούμε....λες και αν έβαζαν PayPal θα τους έπιανε ο κωλος και η 3η επιλογή είναι μέσω κρυπτό (κάτι που δεν έχω) την 2η επιλογή δεν την ξέρω και για αυτό δεν θέλω να ασχοληθώ άρα μου μείνει η πρώτη επιλογή και έχω μόνο μια κάρτα αλλά έκανα και μια δοκιμή με μια κάρτα ενός γνωστού και είδα ότι βγάζει το ίδιο πρόβλημα ξανά μπαίνω στην υποστήριξη τους το λεω μου λένε πάλι τα ίδια και τους λέω ρε παιδιά να σας δώσω το ID μου να δείτε μήπως κάτι έχει γίνει κάποια ρύθμιση οτιδήποτε και μου λένε ναι στείλε το ID σου και λέω μέσα μου Α καλά ότι να ναι είστε πρέπει εγώ να σας πω πως να κάνετε την δουλειά σας και απλά μου στέλνει Μέτα απο λίγο και μου λέει ότι απλά δεν δέχεται την καρτα σου και μου κλείνει το τσατ...μόνο να τους βρίσω δεν ήθελα όχι τπτ αλλο σε βάζουν να τραβάς screenshot και να τους το στέλνεις λες και θα κάνουν και τπτ, αν κάποιος ξέρει ή έχει ξανασυνατησει κάτι περί του θέματος κάθε γνώμη δεκτή
