I would like to clarify a few points:
I have not asked you to reopen my complaint, because unfortunately I have not been given that option. I am referring to the investigation by the Casino Guru Data team, as I have already sent them the Playtech email, which confirms that the Vegasino platform is operating its software illegally.
The withdrawal of Pragmatic Play games from the Vegasino platform and all NovaForge platforms is not a mere coincidence. The fact that the providers withdrew their games simultaneously and automatically proves the connection of all platforms managed by NovaForge.
My main issue is with my self-exclusion. Since the platforms are operated under the same company and common license, my self-exclusion should apply to all NovaForge platforms. Any other tactic is a clear violation of the principles of responsible gambling and works to the detriment of players.
I believe that the evidence I have provided is clear and compelling, and I expect your team to evaluate it fairly. Please let me know your next steps.
