Пазете се ... Не се притеснявам толкова от забавянето, което разбира се няма смисъл, а от много лошата информация и комуникация...
Така че, когато поисках моето теглене на €700, започна невероятна ситуация, казвайки ми, че трябва да изиграя сума, за да завърша залога си…Казаха ми €46…Нищо.. След това трябва да изиграя €38….Нищо… След това € 28. .Накрая те се извиниха и ми казаха, че са направили грешка и че съм завършил залога си… НЕВЕРОЯТНО????
И така минаха дни и ми казаха, че трябва да почистя Chrome и да сменя браузъра... Направих го... Разбира се, пак нищо... Дните минаваха, пращах имейли възмутени, без отговор.. Така че по моя собствена подкана им казах да изпратя данните си за идентификация и за по-бързо теглене и те ми казаха да ги изпратя на ръка до финансовия отдел!!!!!!!Питам ги просто така, без официално документи??? Те казват да…. и с официални документи.... Разбира се, никога не получих отговор.... Изпратих им 6 имейла...!!! 19 дни до момента говоря ежедневно с чат на живо и заключаваме, тъй като те трябва да видят отново цялата история, че проблемът ми ще бъде решен възможно най-скоро и как това е приоритет!!!!!!19 дни…!!!!От 27/01/2024…..Мога да ви кажа колко пъти бях блокиран така внезапно и трябваше да ги пиша отново….Също така някои представители ми казаха, че нямат комуникация със съответния отдел, а някои други, че те говорят директно с финансовия отдел и виждат моя проблем…..Кажете ми след всичко това на какво да вярвам, какво да очаквам и как да обработя тази ситуация…..?????Така че ви изпращам по-долу възможно най-много това, което ти казах, за да повярваш, че думите ми са верни...
Моите пари, парите, които спечелих, докато, разбира се, направих депозити от почти €300, все още са там и все още чакам да ги получа... Защо? Никога досега не съм изпитвал такава ситуация, докато съм клиент на няколко компании за залагания...!!!!!

So when I requested my withdrawal of €700 it started an unbelievable situation telling me that I have to play an amount to complete my bet…I was told €46…Nothing..Then I have to play €38….Nothing…Then €28. .In the end they apologized and told me that they made a mistake and that I had completed my bet… UNBELIEVABLE????
So the days passed and they told me that I should clean Chrome and that I should change the browser... I did it... Of course, nothing again... The days passed, I sent emails indignantly, no answer... So at my own prompting, I told them to I send my details for identification and for faster withdrawal and they tell me to send them just by hand to the finance department!!!!!!!I ask them just like that without official documents??? They say yes…. and with official documents.... Of course I never got an answer.... Θα σας γράψω εδώ λοιπόν τις διάφορες και περίεργες εκδοχές από τη πρώτη στιγμή που ζήτησα ανάληψη και φυσικά παρακάτω θα σας στείλω όσα περισσότερα screenshots μπορώ για να σας αποδείξω ότι τα λόγια μου και η πρωτόγνωρη ταλαιπωρία μου είναι αληθινά…Προσέξτε…Δεν με ανησυχεί τόσο η καθυστερηση που βέβαια δεν έχει λογική αλλά η πολύ κακή ενημέρωση κι επικοινωνία…
Οταν λοιπόν ζήτησα την ανάληψη μου 700€ ξεκίνησε μια απίστευτη κατάσταση λεγοντας μου πως πρέπει να παίξω ένα ποσο για να ολοκληρώσω τον στοιχηματισμό μου…Μου είπαν 46€…Τιποτα..Στη συνέχεια πρέπει να παίξω 38€….Τιποτα…Μετά 28€..Στο τέλος μου ζήτησαν συγγνώμη και μου είπαν πως έκαναν λάθος και πως είχα ολοκληρώσει τον στοιχηματισμό μου…ΑΠΙΣΤΕΥΤΟ????
Περνανε οι μέρες λοιπόν και μου αναφέρουν πως πρέπει να κάνω καθαρισμό το Chrome και πως πρέπει να αλλάξω browser…Το εκανα…Φυσικά Τιποτα και πάλι…Οι μέρες περνάνε,αγανακτώ στέλνω emails,απάντηση καμία..Με δική μου προτροπή λοιπόν τους λέω να τους στείλω τα στοιχεία μου για ταυτοποίηση και για πιο γρήγορη ανάληψη και μου λένε να τα στείλω έτσι απλά χειρόγραφα στο τμήμα οικονομικών!!!!!!!Τους ρωτάω έτσι απλά χωρίς επίσημα έγγραφα???Μου λένε ναι…..Εγώ βέβαια τα έστειλα και με επίσημα έγγραφα….Απαντηση βέβαια δεν πήρα ποτέ….Τους έχω στείλει 6 emails…!!!19 μέρες εως σήμερα μιλάω καθημερινά με το livechat και καταλήγουμε αφού πρέπει να δούνε όλο το ιστορικό ξανά πως το συντομότερο δυνατό θα λυθεί το θέμα μου και πως είναι σε προτεραιότητα!!!!!!19 μέρες…!!!!Απο τις 27/01/2024…..Μπορώ να σας πω και πόσες φορές με έκλεισαν την συνομιλία έτσι ξαφνικά και έπρεπε να τα ξαναγράψω ξανά από την αρχή….Επισης κάποιοι εκπρόσωποι μου λέγανε πως δεν έχουν επικοινωνία με το αρμόδιο τμήμα και κάποιοι άλλοι πως μιλάνε άμεσα με το τμήμα οικονομικών και βλέπουν το θέμα μου…..Πείτε μετά από όλα αυτά τι να εμπιστευτώ,τι να περιμένω και πως να επεξεργαστώ αυτή τη κατάσταση…..?????Σας αποστέλλω λοιπόν παρακάτω όσα περισσότερα από αυτά που σας είπα για να πιστέψετε πως τα λόγια μου είναι αληθινά….
Τα χρήματα μου,τα χρήματα που κέρδισα ενώ βέβαια έχω κάνει και καταθέσεις σχεδόν 300€ είναι μέσα ακόμα και περιμένω να τα πάρω…Γιατί?Δεν έχω ζήσει ξανά τέτοια κατάσταση ενώ είμαι πελάτης αρκετών στοιχηματικών εταιρειών…!!!!!
