I registered and then they kept contacting me by phone and email so that I could identify myself and a few days ago I made an identification and then a deposit. Everything was working normally.

I won an amount which I went to withdraw, they canceled my withdrawal twice and blocked my account. I didn't have access.

I contacted them to ask why and they told me that I had another account which I didn't remember. I told them well then why did you let me open a second account and even deposit normally?

Their answer was that the withdrawal will be done normally and that I should send them the bank account without telling me why they identified the second account. In fact, they told me before I made a deposit that your account is fully identified Welcome to Betsson.

I sent them what they requested and they rejected it telling me to resend it.

I sent it again and they said they would get back to me as soon as possible.

I waited long enough and they didn't communicate.

I emailed them they don't respond.

I sent them to the chat giving me vague and generalized answers about the transaction completion time.

and I ask since you allowed me to open a second account, by what right do you not return my balance.

They are scammers, they let you open a 2nd account to grab the deposit you made and then they don't respond and block you.

Are these the legal companies that hold a license in Greece?

I have pictures of all my conversations with them. I will send them to you so you can see what frauds and liars they are.

Έκανα εγγραφή και στην συνέχεια επικοινωνούσαν συνεχως μαζί μου τηλεφωνικά και με email ώστε να κάνω ταυτοποίηση και πριν λίγες ημέρες έκανα ταυτοποίηση και στην συνέχεια κατάθεση.Όλα λειτουργούσαν κανονικά.

Κερδισα ένα ποσό το οποίο πηγα να αποσύρω μου ακύρωσαν την αναληψη δυο φορές και μου μπλόκαραν τον λογαριασμό. Δεν είχα πρόσβαση.

Επικοινωνησα μαζί τους να ρωτήσω γιατί και μου ειπαν ότι είχα και άλλον λογαριασμό τον οποίο όμως εγώ δεν θυμόμουν.Τους είπα καλά τότε γιατί με αφήσατε να ανοίξω δεύτερο λογαριασμό και μάλιστα να γίνει κατάθεση κανονικά;

Η απάντηση τους ήταν ότι θα γίνει η αναληψη κανονικά και να τους στείλω τον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό χωρίς να μου πουν γιατί ταυτοποίησαν τον δεύτερο λογαριασμό. Μάλιστα μου έλεγαν πριν κάνω κατάθεση ο λογαριασμος σας είναι πλήρως ταυτοποιημενος Καλώς ήρθατε στην Betsson.

Τους έστειλα αυτό που ζήτησαν και το απέρριψαν λέγοντας μου να το στείλω ξανα.

Το έστειλα ξανα και ειπαν θα επικοινωνήσουν μαζί μου το συντομότερο δυνατόν.

Περιμενα αρκετά και δεν επικοινωνούσαν.

Τους έστειλα email δεν απαντούν.

Τουα έστειλα στο chat δίνοντας μου αόριστες και γενικευμένες απαντήσεις για τον χρόνο ολοκλήρωσης της συναλλαγής.

και ρωτάω από την στιγμή που μου επιτρέψατε να ανοίξω δεύτερον λογαριασμό με ποιο δικαίωμα δεν μου επιστρεφετε το υπόλοιπο μου.

Ειναι απατεώνες σε αφήνουν να ανοίξεις 2ο λογαριασμό για να σου αρπάξουν την κατάθεση που έκανες και μετά δεν απαντούν και σε μπλοκάρουν.

Αυτες είναι οι εταιρείες οι νόμιμες που κατέχουν άδεια στην Ελλάδα;

Εχω φωτογραφία όλες τις συνομιλίες μου μαζί τους.Θα σας τις στείλω για να δείτε τι απατεώνες και τι ψεύτες είναι.

Could you please advise how long have you been registered in the casino? When exactly did they close your account? Is your casino balance accumulated from real money or did you use any bonus? Does anyone from your household also play in the same casino?
