Ein-und Auszahlen sind unterschiedlich ja aber bei der Einzahlung wird nichts überprüft nur bei der Auszahlung und mit enorm viel Zeit. ich habe inzwischen Rücksprache mit meiner Bank gehalten. Dort wurde mir bestätigt, dass die Einzahlung nicht über Klarna bzw. Sofort als Zahlungsdienstleister durchgeführt wurde, sondern als normale Echtzeitüberweisung von meinem Bankkonto.

Vermutlich wurde die Zahlung aufgrund des Verwendungszwecks fälschlicherweise als Sofortüberweisung eingestuft.

Den Nachweis aus meinem Online-Banking habe ich bereits beigefügt. Daraus ist ersichtlich, dass die Zahlung direkt von meinem persönlichen Bankkonto erfolgte.

Ich bitte Sie daher, den Vorgang erneut zu prüfen, die Zahlungsmethode entsprechend zu korrigieren und meine Auszahlung freizugeben.

Ich frage Sie wie kann das sein das eine Finanzabteilung absichtlich nach irgendwelchen Fehlern sucht damit die Auszahlung nicht erfolgt. Jetzt dauert es weitere Tage bis Wochen.
