Te equivocas, la responsabilidad es absoluta por parte del casino, jurídicamente la ley del juego 13/2011 establece la obligación de todos los casinos online que operen para españoles o en territorio español es tener licencia en España , de lo contrario se considera juego ilegal , una infracción muy grave según la mencionada ley. La responsabilidad es únicamente del casino por operar sin licencia española, los clientes actuamos de buena fé contractual. Hay jurisprudencia al respecto y lo deja totalmente claro.

En cuanto a la solución, les he ofrecido en multitud de ocasiones llegar a un acuerdo amistoso, interno, confidencial y te aseguro que totalmente beneficioso para Novaforge Ltd y no he obtenido respuesta alguna. Por eso decidir escribir en este foro y empezar la adopción de medidas administrativas y penales, pero te reitero que después de haber jugado en total de casinos Novaforge Ltd aproximadamente unos 60.000 euros ( de ellos más de 36000 en Myempire) y no haber retirado nada, y ofrecerles un acuerdo por 1500-2000 euros y no obtener respuesta, me he visto obligado como he dicho anteriormente , a adoptar las medidas administrativas y penales que serán mucho más beneficiosas para mí , así como denunciar a VISA los depósitos por incumplimiento de contrato y apropiación indebida. Eso demuestra mi buena voluntad y lo abierto que estaba a llegar a un acuerdo que sólo me daba un triunfo moral, porque en lo económico perdía casi el 100%, aún siendo juez en ejercicio y poder haber actuado con más contundencia.
Espero haberle aclarado mi punto de vista que coincide con la legalidad vigente .
