Good morning, I'm wondering if anyone is familiar with the Divaspin online casino. Can anyone tell me if it's a reliable site?

Let me explain: I'm waiting today, day 6, for a withdrawal from July 29th, and still no credit. It's still being processed, and the chat and support are very vague, with everyone saying different things. I made another on August 2nd, but I think I'll have to wait even longer for this second withdrawal. Thank you all in advance.

Hello, from what I've seen, the casino doesn't have a particularly impressive safety index, if I'm being honest. 

However, from what I've seen so far, we don't have much experience from other players regarding this casino, just a few complaints that have been resolved. 

I would try to wait, since we give casinos 14 days to pay the player, and see what happens.

What has the casino told you about the whole situation so far?

They always tell me the same things: their finance department is late, another says I have to wait for them to arrive. At first they said 3 business days, then 5 days, and now today is the 6th day, always that the finance department is late and they don't explain to me why. I've tried sending emails twice, and each time I get a copy and paste of the same response from them.

So I try to wait 14 days for both withdrawals.

All'inizio dicevano 3 GG lavorativi poi 5 GG ed ora che oggi è il 6 giorno sempre che il dipartimento finanziario è in ritardo e non mi spiegano il perché. Ho provato due volte a scrivere anche e-mail e tutte le volte copia ed incolla della stessa risposta da parte loro.

Allora provo ad attendere per entrambi i prelievi 14 giorni.

Apparently, they have nothing more to say to you. This is probably the most common thing casinos say to players when their withdrawal is delayed. The worst thing is when they give them timeframes and don't meet them, because then I see that players often perceive this as a problem and label the casinos as untrustworthy. 

It doesn't necessarily mean that you've been scammed. If I were you, I would wait a little longer, and if no one contacts you and the casino doesn't pay you, we'll try to help you as I mentioned. 

However, I believe that this won't be necessary and that they are just experiencing a delay in the process.

I tried playing at this casino again, Divaspin, and I won a little. I decided to withdraw, but I'm already 15 business days late. As always, I contacted support and they tell me the same thing: there are a lot of withdrawal requests. They're sending complaints to their Finance Department, and this morning they told me the same thing, saying it's in the crediting process, but nothing has been done yet. What should I do?

Come sempre ho cercato supporto e mi dicono la stessa cosa, che ci sono tante richieste di prelievo, mandano reclami al loro Dipartimento Finanziario e stamattina la stessa cosa dicendo che è in fase di accredito ma al momento ancora nulla. Cosa dovrei fare ?

Two weeks is quite a long time, but I can see that the casino is giving you standard responses. 

So I'll have to wait where this takes us, and I believe it will be resolved as soon as possible.

Thank you so much, and I think after this experience I'll abandon this casino for a long time without having to delete my account. I'm sorry and disappointed with this casino because it always lets you win something, but when it comes to withdrawals, it's really poorly organized.

Mi spiace e sono delusa da questo casinò perché ti permette di vincere sempre qualcosa, ma per i prelievi è veramente organizzato molto male
