Petronela Kontos

Petronela is leading our Complaints Resolution Team and helping out with more complicated cases. Previously, she was spending most of her time with player complaints and her speciality was to be the first responder. Even though she is now taking care of the whole complaints team, she still might find herself replying to cases from the first line. She has over 17 years of casino industry experience, which she masterfully uses in her day-to-day activities.
