I made a withdrawal of €147 at this casino on March 5th and to this day I haven't received the withdrawal. There has been no bonus game and no verification request. The 14 days that casino guru gives casinos to make the withdrawal have passed, but it's still pending and will continue forever if I don't get your help. Whenever I go to the chat the answer is always the same automatic response, that the withdrawal is delayed but that I will receive it as soon as possible. There is no concern on the part of this casino's customer support for its customers because withdrawals are always delayed and they never care.

Fiz um levantamento de 147€ neste casino no dia 5 de março e até hoje ainda não recebi o levantamento. Não houve qualquer jogo com bônus nem pedido de verificação. Já passaram os 14 dias que o casino guru dá aos casinos para efetuar o levantamento, mas continua pendente e vai continuar para sempre se não tiver a vossa ajuda. Sempre que vou ao chat a resposta é sempre a mesma resposta automática, que o levantamento está atrasado mas que vou receber o mais rápido possível. Não existe qualquer preocupa ao do apoio ao cliente deste casino com os seus clientes pois os levantamentos estão sempre atrasados e eles nunca querem saber.

Good morning. The withdrawal request was made by cryptocurrencies which only reveals that the casino did not process the withdrawal because if it had, the transfer would have been immediate.

This is the second time I've withdrawn from this casino. The first time the same thing happened, the withdrawal was pending for more than 14 days and I had to write a complaint here. These casinos are constantly late with their withdrawals... I have 2 more withdrawals from other casinos that are managed by the same system and they have also been pending for 10 days.

I only contact them via chat, I can send them chat messages and they always reply automatically. I'll email you the chat conversation and the print screens of the withdrawal request I made on March 5th.

Bom dia. O pedido de levantamento foi feito por criptomoedas o que só revela que o casino não processou o levantamento porque se o tivesse feito, a transferência era imediata.

É a segunda vez que levanto deste casino. Na primeira vez aconteceu o mesmo, o levantamento ficou pendente mais de 14 dias e tive de escrever aqui uma reclamação. Estes casinos são constantemente atrasados nos seus levantamentos.. tenho mais 2 levantamentos de outros casinos mas que são geridos pelo mesmo sistema e estão também pendentes há 10 dias.

Apenas contacto com eles pelo chat, posso enviar as mensagens de chat que são sempre as mesmas respostas automáticas. Vou enviar para o email a conversa de chat e o print screens do pedido de levantamento que fiz no dia 5 de março.
