I've been playing at this casino for months, made many deposits and withdrawals, and successfully verified my account at the beginning!

Suddenly I have to verify my identity again, I have provided more than enough documents, I have spoken to customer service 10 times, and there is no solution to the problems in sight!!!

I have fulfilled all the document requirements, uploaded and disclosed more than necessary, and yet I haven't received my money and haven't been verified! I'm just told I have to wait, and nothing changes. There are no concrete answers about what they need.

ich habe Alle Anforderungen der Dokumente erfüllt habe mehr hochgeladen und offenbart als nötig und ich bekomme mein Geld nicht und werde nicht verifiziert! Mir wird nur gesagt ich muss warten und es ändert sich nichts keine konkreten Antworten was sie brauchen
