A few days ago, I won €2500 at Posido Casino. Now, for over 14 days, my three €500 withdrawals have still not been processed. I've contacted their support via email and live chat many times, but each time I receive the same copied responses, 'Yes, your money will come soon, it's in the final phase of processing,' and yet, after days, there's still nothing. The first withdrawal was on January 6, 2025, which I canceled and submitted a new request. However, I still have two withdrawals of €500 each from January 7, 2025, and January 8, 2025, still pending. I'm an apprentice and planned to use this money for my driving license, and now there's nothing.

I hope you can help me further.

Ich habe vor einigen Tagen 2500€ in dem Casino Posido gewonnen. Habe jetzt seit über 14 Tagen meine 3mal 500-€ Auszahlungen immernoch auf nicht bearbeitet stehen. Ich habe dort schon oft den Support über E-Mail und Livechat kontaktiert aber jedes Mal die selben kopierten antworten ,Ja ihr Geld wird bald kommen es ist in der EndPhase der Auszahlung‘ und nach Tagen Immernoch nix drauf. Die erste Auszahlung war am 06.01.2025 die habe ich jedoch storniert und einen neuen Antrag gemacht, Ich habe aber noch 2 Auszahlungen von jeweils 500€ vom 07.01.2025 und vom 08.01.2025 immernoch auf ausstehend stehen und ich bin Azubi ich wollte mir dem Geld mein Führerschein bezahlen.. und jetzt kommt als Nix..

I have already made a withdrawal in this casino. Unfortunately, I am no longer sure how high the amount was exactly, but I think it was €250, which arrived in my account after 5-6 days.

I'm not sure about the verification because it says that my account doesn't need to be verified at the moment. For this reason, I can't submit any documents. I achieved my winnings without an active bonus; it was entirely from my own investment. All real money.

I have not accepted any deposit bonuses, cash spins or other benefits when depositing.

I hope this information can help you. I'm just really frustrated because I thought the money would come soon and now it's been over 14 days and I have no money left...

ich habe bereits eine Auszahlung in diesem Casino getätigt ich bin mir leider nicht mehr sicher wie hoch die Summe genau war aber ich meine es waren 250€, welche auch nach 5-6 Tagen auf meinem Konto angekommen sind.

Wegen der Verifizierung bin ich mir nicht sicher da dort steht für mein Konto wäre momentan keine Verifizierung nötig. Aus dem Grund kann ich auch keine Dokumente einreichen. Ich habe meine Gewinne ohne Aktiven Bonus erreicht es ist komplett aus meinem eigenen Einsatz gewesen. Alles Echtgeld.

Ich habe keine einzahlungsbonies, Cash Spins oder sonstige Vorteile beim einzahlen angenommen.
