Ζητανε φωτογραφιες της χρεωστικης μου και στην αρχη τις απερρηπταν επειδη είναι σβησμενα καποια γραμματα του ονόματός μου ενω το winsane casino ειχε δεχθει ακριβως τις ιδιες φωτογραφιες. Μετα απο πολυ κόπο καθως επικοινωνουσα με το support που ειναι πραγματικα το χειροτερα απο ολα τα καζινο που εχω επισκεφτει μου ειπαν να στειλω βεβαιωση κατοψης απο την τραπεζα. Απο 5 σεπτεμβριου απεκτησα την εν λογω βεβαιωση υπογεγραμενη απο τη τραπεζα σε pdf και μου την απορρηπτουν χωρις να μου λενε τον λογο ειτε στο live chat ειτε στο email τους. Για τη διευθυνση μου στλενω το ιδιο εγγραφο που δεχθηκαν στο winsane casino απο τη τραπεζα μου, με τη διαφορα οτι εδω δεν σβηνω το αφμ μου γιατι δεν δεχονται επεξεργασμενα εγγραφα. Επίσης απο τη τράπεζα στελνω το ιστορικο συναλλαγων που μου ζητηθηκε σε pdf αλλα και παλι απορρηπεται χωρις λογο. Στα email δεν απαντανε σχεδον ποτέ και αν απαντησουν λενε ακριβως οτι λεει η σελιδα της επαληθευσης τους λες και εγω δεν ξερω να διαβαζω. Για το live chat εχω να πω πως ειναι πραγματικα άχριστο. Πάλι σημερα τους ελεγα να μου πουν τον λόγο απορρηψης και με κρατησε 1 30 ωρα και δεν μου εδωσε απαντησε και ο λογος που κρατησε ειναι επειδη ξεκαθαρισα εξ αρχης οτι δεν θελω να μου πει να στειλω email για να μαθω και οταν εφτασε η ωρα που μου το ειπε, ειπα να μου δωσει το ονοματεπωνυμο της να την κανω καταγγελια σε περιπτωση που δεν μου στειλουν(γιατι δεν στελνουν ποτε) για ψευδεις πληροφοριες και για αυτον τον λογο μεκρατησε για αλλη μιση ωρα και μετα αποσυνδεθηκε
