It's been over two weeks since I won €2000 at Play Regals. They've been stringing me along to verify my documents—a nightmare you can't even imagine. Yesterday, when they finally verified them, it only let me withdraw a maximum of €500. I clicked to withdraw, and they sent me a message saying the withdrawal was under review. Then they sent an email saying that if I didn't withdraw, they'd give me a ton of chips. And this morning, they said I didn't meet the requirements to withdraw €500, so I can only withdraw €200. I'm fed up with this casino and I want to withdraw my damn money once and for all and close my account. Please, can you help me?

Llevo más de 2 semanas desde que gane 2000€ en play regals, han estado mareándome para verificar mis documentos, una pesadilla que no os podéis imaginar, ayer cuando por fin se verificaron, me dejaba retirar solamente 500€ como máximo, le di a retirar, me mandaron un mensaje de retirada en estudio, después un mail diciéndome que si no retiraba me daban un montón de fichas, y esta mañana que no cumplo los requisitos para retirar 500, que retire 200, estoy harto de este casino y quiero retirar mi puto dinero de una vez y cerrar la cuenta por favor, me podéis ayudar?

Another thing I would add is that we give casinos two weeks to pay out money to players.

What I'm really interested in is what specific requirements you didn't meet that prevented you from withdrawing $500 per day. That's not very much, and 200 seems like a joke to me.

cuando hice la de 200€ el viernes, a día de hoy sigue en estudio para ser aprobada y no solo eso, es que encima después de ser aprobada tardan otras 48h en hacerme la transferencia.

me siento completamente engañado, gane esos 2000€ hace ya cosa de casi 3 semanas y aún sigo sin recibir 1€

me han pedido no sé cuántos documentos y cuando por fin se reúnen todo, me dice que en sus derechos en la

clausula 6.1 ha un apartado que solo me dejan sacar el depósito realizado x10, pero que ellos lo puede modificar a su antojo según mi actividad en el casino…

So I looked at this casino and found it here too, and it has a pretty bad safety index. I'm not surprised why this situation arose, and we also wrote in our review that they have a terribly low daily withdrawal limit.

I provided you with a link (green letters) in my previous reply where I would open a complaint so that our team could at least try to help. I'm not saying it will work, but it's better than nothing. I can't say when you'll get your money or if you'll get all of it. 

However, you now have a withdrawal request for $200, so all we can do is wait and see how things develop.

Hi Francisco, I wish you the best of luck with your case. It must be incredibly frustrating. And let me tell you something else: if you think things will be faster this way, you're mistaken. I spent over a month trying to get compensation from a casino. They gave me the runaround with questions week after week, even exceeding the waiting time, and I was still waiting for a response from their help desk. Finally, they told me there was no refund because they believe I requested account closure and then made deposits very close to the request. It was a disaster. Now I'm waiting on another complaint that, at first glance, seems to be clearly in my favor. You'll see how long they'll give me and how long I'll have to wait. So far, the only question they've asked me is the same one I opened the case for, and they spent almost three days evaluating it before submitting the complaint. The best thing is not to gamble, either online or in person, but in the worst-case scenario, playing in person is better; at least if you win, you get paid. Here, the licenses come from who-knows-where, and they do whatever they want, and Casino Guru seems pretty limited in its ability to help. I wish you good luck

buenas francisco, te deseo sobretodo mucha suerte en tu caso, la verdad debe ser muy frustrante y te digo otra, si crees que por aquí va a ser más rápido te equivocas, eh estado más de un mes para pedir una compensación a un casino me dieron 50 vueltas con preguntas de semana en semana incluso se pasaba el tiempo de espera y seguía esperando por la respuesta de este casino de ayuda, para al final decirme que no ahí reembolso porque consideran que pedí el cierre de mi cuenta y después hice depósitos muy cerca de haber pedido el cierre, un desastre, ahora estoy pendiente de otra queja que a simple vista parece ser de mi lado claramente, verás las vueltas que me van a dar y el tiempo de espera, por ahora la única pregunta que me hicieron es la misma por lo que abrí el caso y se pasaron casi 3 días en valoración antes de enviar la queja, lo mejor es no jugar ni online ni físicamente pero en el peor de los casos es mejor físicamente al menos si ganas te pagan, aquí las licencias vienen de sabe dios donde y hacen lo que les da la gana y casino gurú se ve bastante limitado para echar una mano, te deseo buena suerte
