Our class action will certainly have more impact than a single complaint, and their reputation will be damaged. Soon, everyone will know who they are and will avoid them, reducing their business.

Anche se non riceveremo il rimborso, il nostro obiettivo è causare danni economici e di reputazione all’azienda, spingendola a rivedere le sue pratiche. La nostra azione collettiva avrà sicuramente più impatto di un reclamo singolo, e la loro reputazione sarà compromessa. In poco tempo, tutti sapranno chi sono e li eviteranno, riducendo il loro business.
