Here at Casino Guru, I filed a complaint, entering the casino name and Roostino's website. I also had to wait a long time; I wrote to them every day but always received the same answer. After a week, they finally paid me out. They demand that players adhere to their terms and conditions, but they don't follow them themselves. I've now closed my account there.
