В момента имам три чакащи тегления от по 500 евро и нищо не се е случило от дни. Също така не мога да изтегля останалите евро в сметката си, защото съм достигнал лимита от три активни заявки за теглене.
От поддръжката на живо казаха, че е трябвало да бъде обработено вчера и са информирали съответния отдел, че съм добавен към списъка с приоритети! Но нищо не се е случило 😀

I currently have three pending withdrawals of €500 each, and nothing has happened for days. I also can't withdraw the remaining euros in my account because I've reached the limit of three active withdrawal requests.
Live support said it should have been processed yesterday and they informed the relevant department that I'd been added to the priority list! But nothing's happened 😀

Ich habe da aktuell 3 Auszahlungen je 500€ offen, und es passiert nichts seit Tagen. Und kann die Restlichen Euros die auf dem Konto sind auch nicht Auszahlen, da ich das Limit erreicht habe von 3 Aktiven Auszahlungsanfragen.
Der Live Support meinte: Es sollte gestern laufe des Tages bearbeitet werden, und haben die Fachabteilung Informiert das ich in die Prio Liste komme! Aber nichts passiert 😀
