Al pedirle retirar por primera vez, respondió "ya te envío", sin embargo nunca llego el depósito. Volví a solicitar retiro de saldo en dos ocasiones más, siendo días diferentes y con diferentes montos pero solo ignoro mis mensajes aun habiendo leído los mismos, la llamé varias veces y tampoco hubo respuesta de su parte. Le escribí un mensaje desde otro número solicitando cargar saldo y rápidamente respondió al mismo, hasta ahora, sigue ignorando mensajes y llamadas, y sigo sin recibir respuesta ni deposito de su parte.
