I registered on the website a few days ago. According to their welcome bonus terms, I activated my first deposit bonus. The website states that the bonus is received immediately after making the first deposit.

To my surprise, I didn't receive the bonus. I spoke to the operator, and they told me I would receive it after wagering 30 times its value with real money.

Since there are several first deposit bonus options, there's another option which is a free bet, and I can cancel the bonus and activate the new one. I asked if that was possible, and they said yes.

I do it and I can no longer activate any bonus.

Then I contacted the same person and they told me it was a communication error.

The conditions are clearly stated on the website, and I've included a screenshot so you can see that the bonus is immediate.

Me registre en la web hace unos días. Y según sus términos de bono de bienvenida activo mi bono de primer depósito. El cual en la web pone que inmediatamente después de hace en primer depósito se obtiene el bono.

Para sorpresa no recibo el bono. Hablo con el operador y me dice que lo recibiré después de jugar con el dinero real 30 veces su valor.

Como hay varias opciones de bonos de primer depósito hay otra opción que es una apuesta gratuita y que puedo cancelar el bono y activar el nuevo. Le pregunto eso ser puede hacer y me dice si.

Lo hago y ya no puedo activar ningún bono.

Entonces contacto con la misma persona y me dice que ha sido un error de comunicación.

Pues en la web está bien claro las condiciones y dejo la captura para que vean que es inmediato el bono
